The Process
• Your chain is carefully measured and custom fit for comfort and everyday wear
• The piece is connected with a small jump ring to create a seamless finish
• A protective leather patch is placed under the jewelry
• You’ll be given protective eyewear for safety
• A quick, controlled spark from a state-of-the-art pulse-arc welder seamlessly welds the piece closed for a clean, secure finish
• Your jewelry is inspected and care instructions and a aftercare gift is provided
• All pieces are backed by our PJ care and warranty promise
